ralph lauren, natalie imbruglia,Anna Friel Anna Friel for Fashion Targets Breast Cancer

Inspired by Ralph Lauren\'s 1994 worldwide initiative in which he sold t-shirts featuring his iconic polo player logo to raise money for breast cancer, FashionTargets Breast Cancer has channelled some of the UK\'s prettiest and most recognisable faces to front their new advertising campaign. Rankin, known for co-founding Dazed And Confused magazine with Jefferson Hack, has photographed Anna Friel (currently starring in ITV\'s Pushing Daisies), Natalie Imbruglia and Edith Bowman, among others, to raise awareness and money from t-shirt sales. Each of the pictures, which will run from 6 May, carries the slogan, ‘Whatever your reason, wear one.\' In a statement about the tees, which feature a bullseye target on the front, Friel said, "Why am I wearing this t-shirt? To be straight, for me, it\'s more about the charity than the t-shirt. Don\'t get me wrong - I absolutely love the design and the colours, but the main pull for me is what it does. Through sales of this simple t-shirt Breakthrough is able to fund vital research, campaigning and education work which needs to continue to fight breast cancer." The collection this year has grown to include high summer fashion items including swimwear, lingerie, accessories from Marks & Spencer, a limited edition shopper bag by Topshop and and more. House party

Manolo Blahnik,Paul Smith Manolo Blahnik for Paul Smith painting

You\'re the most successful male designer in Britain and your very own Notting Hill shop, just one of many you own, is 10 years old. How to celebrate? Well, if you\'re Paul Smith (or Sir Paul Smith, as he modestly prefers not to be known), you commission 10 of your friends to help create some one-off pieces, one for each year of your success. These include: a water colour painting of the shop by Manolo Blahnik, and an exclusive Paul Smith printed Roberts Radio. Nestled in the heart of Notting Hill, the opening of Westbourne House in 1997 was the designer\'s realisation of a long-held dream: to have a shop in a house. Designed to feel like the visitor is entering the abode of a (very stylish) friend, the boutique offers a range of men\'s and women\'s clothing and accessories, as well as a bespoke tailoring service. The limited-edition products will be available to purchase from 16 May at Westbourne House, 122 Kensington Park Road, London W11. www.paulsmith.co.uk  Happy birthday! Danielle Radojcin
