With London Fashion Week kicking off today the whirlwind of shows and parties in the capital has begun.
And now thanks to the clever people at Mercedes-Benz, one of London Fashion Week's official partners, you can get a little slice of the action. Launching on Friday 17 September will be the Mercedes-Benz Car Boot-ique - an online charity auction of designer clothes and bespoke gems.
Pieces up for grabs include items from the collections of a plethora of London-based designers, such as a Christopher Kane floral print T-shirt, and dresses, hats and scarves from the likes of Pringle of Scotland, Holly Fulton, Jaeger of London, Lulu Guinness, Matthew Williamson and Issa London.
The auction will also sell bespoke pieces including one-off leather animal key rings by Katie Hiller, Hannah Marshall driving gloves and Henry Holland's take on the classic car furry dice. Other fantastic donations include an Erdem sausage dog, a giant apple from a recent Mulberry display and car stickers featuring Charlotte Olympia shoe designs.
All proceeds from the auction go to Fashion East and the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation, which uses sport projects around the world to help get children off the streets, away from crime and drugs, and back into school.
Visit the Mercedes-Benz Car Boot-ique auction at mercedes-benz.co.uk/fashion from Friday 17 September, which in turn will take you through to eBay, to make your bid.
Good luck!
