Katie Holmes, Tom Cruise and Sarah Jessica Parker

The cream of Hollywood were out in force last night at the Gibson Amphitheatre in LA for the MTV Movie Awards 2008. The annual bash was a star-studded affair with a bevy of stylish ladies in attendance, including Sex And The City star Sarah Jessica Parker (who looked as fashionable as ever), Liv Tyler, who shone in a pink strapless gown, and Anne Hathaway, who donned an ultra stylish asymmetric black minidress. Other notable attendees on the red carpet were South African actress Charlize Theron, Juno star Ellen Page, who dressed in her typical simple style, and Rumer Willis, daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, sporting a new sophisticated look. The event was brimming with male stars too, with Tom Cruise accompanying wife Katie Holmes to join in the celebrations.  Fiona Raisbeck
