Watch out, Kate Bosworth, there\'s a new starlet angling for your fashion darling crown. Isabel Lucas, who can currently be seen in Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen, has the kind of exquisite features and natural sense of style that sends fashion editors into a tailspin.
The Melbourne-born 24-year-old, who made a name for herself playing Tasha on Home And Away, is rumoured to have been cherry-picked by none other than Steven Spielberg to star in the Transformers sequel. She\'s also landed a role in the upcoming Spielberg-produced TV mini series The Pacific.
The breathtakingly beautiful actress has been keeping the gossip pages busy too. She dated Entourage star Adrian Grenier during 2008, but split amid rumours she was involved with Transformers co-star Shia LaBeouf after they were involved in a car crash together last summer (Lucas suffered minor head injuries).
Style-wise, Lucas favours a West Coast hippie meets trendy Hollywood starlet look, and professes to hate wearing heels; Transformers director Michael Bay taught her to run in them "on your tip toes" for scenes in the film. On the promotion trail for the film she has been snapped in an array of glam dresses and vertiginous shoes, at odds with her enviable off-duty chic.
Never one to miss a new face, the fashion world is sitting up and taking notice. As well as featuring in various fashion spreads, she\'s rumoured to be among the guests of honour at the Chanel Haute Couture presentation in Paris in July. Expect magazine covers galore and blanket paparazzi coverage in upcoming months.
