OK, so if you want a sexy, cleavage inducing, thigh skimming dress you\'ve come to the wrong place. Marni was founded by Consuelo Castiglioni (see left) in 1994 and became the label to wear in the post-Tom-Ford era that had been all about sex appeal.

Marni clothes emphasise femininity through colour, print and shape and have become a wardrobe staple for style savvy women everywhere. Marni shows at Milan Fashion Week and is stocked in 16 countries worldwide.

Their design philosophy is based on quality and innovation. The brand started out with a hippy edge but has become much more grown-up yet still keeping its eclectic edge. Bright block colours and unusual patterns are Marni hallmarks.


All aspects of the business are run in-house, Marni has never sold out to one of the fashion big-wigs, priding itself on its Italian heritage.

Every fashion editor ever. Period. The queen of Fashion Anna Wintour (see left) is a fan.  Need we say more.

The clothes are refined so you don\'t look shabby sitting front row at the shows, and yet they\'ve got bundles of personality too, so you manage to make a statement while looking chic.
