Your weekly dose of shopping from...Oxfam by Fiona Raisbeck
It's official. Ethical fashion has shrugged off its tree-hugging image and is now eco-friendly, stylish and cool. Where many others have failed Oxfam has triumphed in launching an online fashion boutique selling ethical clothes made with environmentally friendly fabrics and from brands which adhere to Fair Trade principles. Take a peek through the collection and you will find everything from on-trend plaid blouses and chunky knitwear to chic coats and stylish dresses that just scream buy me. All the proceeds from items bought from the ethical range, which consists mainly of pieces by green fashion kings People Tree, go to Oxfam so that they can continue to beat global poverty. What's more, from today until 23rd December you can get 30 per cent off selected People Tree items when you shop online or pop in to one of the Oxfam boutiques. Even more reason to go green!
