Where: Spike TV’s Scream 2011 red carpet event... we think it’s something to do with Halloween
We know we shouldn’t be cooing over a 14-year-old’s style, but we just can’t help it with Chloe. Lace is usually a fabric reserved for slightly more grown-up ladies (see Charlize Theron, next), but the teenager manages to make it look fun and cool, whilst chic – after all, she is known for dressing slightly older than her age. The black floral lace overlay layered over the knee-length white skirt has a really cute art deco feel, while the long black lace sleeves and top lend it a more risqué appeal.
