When Jay McInerny first hailed Chloë Sevigny as the \'It girl for the \'90s\' in the hallowed pages of \'The New Yorker\', fashion\'s fickle eye swung her way and a style icon was born. Since then, the self-proclaimed \'very plain-looking girl from Connecticut\' has hit the style pages with her quirky fashion sense and spot-on red carpet nous.
