Emma Stone’s sartorial star is on the rise. As she’s got more claps on the back for her film work, she’s slowly but surely upped her fashion game, and is now a fixture on best-dressed lists. Known for her brave dress choices, she doesn’t play it safe on the red carpet, despite also being able to rock a classic LBD when the fancy takes her.
Designers on her speed dial indicate the sheer taste of the lady – it’s not unusual to see her in Chanel couture, Lanvin or Giambatista Valli. On the red carpet she often wears floor-length, one-shoulder or strapless gowns, preferring to get her legs out only in her more fashion-forward moments.
A big fan of colour, Emma knows she can get away with pretty much anything, often wearing vivid shades of scarlet or pink, but also pulling off pastel hues or classic black if she wants to. A firm believer in dressing for the occasion, she does both red carpet and casual brilliantly. A fine example to us all.
