Jessica Biel vs Eva Mendes

Now here are two Hollywood starlets known primarily for their sexy chops: Eva Mendes, whose smouldering Latina features gaze out from the Calvin Klein lingerie ads, and Jessica Biel, equally visible as the perma-papped girlfriend of Justin Timberlake. Both have been nominated "the sexiest girl alive" by various men's magazines (translation: they're easy on the eye in a bikini). Neither actress has yet broken through to A-list status, although both have upcoming roles that should change all that: Eva in comic-book adaptation The Spirit (with Scarlett Johansson and Samuel L Jackson - out 2 January 2009), and Jessica in the Noel Coward-penned Easy Virtue, released 7 November 2008. For our purposes, however, it's all about the fashion, and both actresses more than pass muster in this respect: from red carpet glamour to off-duty chic, these girls know how to make sure they're always camera-ready.
