Rule Britannia!  Sunday night's BAFTAs finally gave us the red carpet fix we've been yearning for.  Writers strikes, and in turn press conferences, across the pond have lacked the glitz that usually surrounds this time of year.  But the British Academy of Film and Television Arts settled for nothing less than high-octane glamour.
