Handbag of the week: Christian Louboutin

If you only have eyes for one cobbler, Lord Louboutin as we here at handbag refer to him fondly (it might have something to do with the minature crush we developed when interviewing him), then those very eyes are going to light up at the site of this latest offering.

Granted, this charcoal flannel day bag may not have the same initial effect on your pace as a pair of Louboutin skyscraper-high heels but take a closer look and you'll see that it has all the hallmarks of a sexy pair of iconic Louboutin stilettos.  The trademark red detailing seen on the soles of Louboutin's shoes comes in the form of a red satin lining which looks cheeky and seductive against the distinguished grey of the bag.  Two dainty heels clip together to form the clasp of the bag giving it all the Louboutin je ne sais quoi it needs in my eyes.
