If like us you can't wait to see gothic film director Tim Burton's take on the Lewis Carroll fantasy classic, Alice In Wonderland, you will not be able to contain your excitement over this.
In tribute to Burton's upcoming flick, in what is set to be one of next year's biggest releases, French department store Printemps has enlisted the help of some of the fashion world's hottest designers to dream up a one-off dress for the film's heroine, Alice.
Printemps has invited Alexander McQueen, Christopher Kane, Maison Martin Margiela, Bernhard Willhelm, Haider Ackermann, Manish Arora and Ann Demeulemeester to each design a bespoke frock for Alice, which will appear in the store's windows at the end of February to coincide with Paris Fashion Week, in a build up to the film's release in March.
Can't wait to see the results!
Visit Printemps Haussmann, 64 Boulevard Haussmann, 75009 Paris (Tel : +33(0)1 42 82 57 87) from late February to see the dresses.
