Enter this delicious Hugo (pronounced with a silent H in case you were wondering), courtesy of Pizza Express' summer menu.
Best served with mint leaves and a slice of lemon. Santé!
- 125ml Prosecco
- 50ml of elderflower
- Three cubes of ice
- 3 mint leaves
- 1 slice of lemon
Place three ice cubes in the bottom of a wine glass and pour in the elderflower before topping it up with the prosecco, adding a slice of lemon and three mint leaves.
Serve with a swizzle stick.
