Jamie Oliver Raspberry Frangipane Spritz cocktail recipe
- 11⁄4 shot / 31ml raspberry liqueur
- 1⁄4 shot /6.25ml Amaretto
- 1⁄4 shot /6.25ml vanilla liqueur
- 1/8 shot /3.5ml coconut liqueur
- 1/8 shot /3.5ml butterscotch liqueur
- 3 shot / 75ml Prosecco
- Top up with soda
Make the raspberry frangipane mix by mixing the raspberry liqueur, Amaretto, vanilla liqueur, coconut liqueur and butterscotch liqueur.
Pour Prosecco and frangipane mix into glass, add ice and top with soda
