Freeze your own gin and tonic lollipops and stay refreshed, yet drunk, all summer long.

When the sun is shining, a frozen alcoholic treat seems in order. Gin and tonic lollipop hit the spot? Splendid.

Try mixing:
INGREDIENTS

  • 15ml gin
  • 80ml tonic
  • The zest and juice of half a lime
  • 20ml sugar syrup (caster sugar dissolved in water)

METHOD

Stir together and then pour into lollipop moulds and add a wooden lollipop stick.

If you want to get creative, you can always add a couple of drops of food colouring to the mix. Multi-coloured gin and tonic lollipops are much more festive (and let's face it, just plain fun).
