British asparagus season only lasts three months (April-June) so make the most of it and enjoy this creamy veggie risotto made with asparagus and shallots.

Put together by This Morning's TV chef Marcus Bean, this recipe would be ideal for a romantic night in or laid back dinner party with friends.
