If you're planning on making a fancy three course meal for your mum this Mother's Day there's no need to pick complicated recipes. This chocolatey treat uses flavoured yoghurt, but you can add chopped fresh cherries to the mix if you want to boost the Black Forest flavour...
Black Cherry Chocolate Brownies
Prep: 15 minutes
235ml Chobani Fat Free Authentic Strained Yoghurt with Black Cherry
2 Large eggs
100g Plain flour
1tsp Vanilla extract
115g Unsalted butter
30g Chocolate chips
½ tsp Salt
Whisk Chobani, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Melt chocolate chips with butter over a pan on steaming water and allow to cool. Whisk into the eggs and sugar mixture, and then stir in flour and salt.
Bake in a greased 8-inch baking dish at 180°C for 35-40 minutes. The brownies should pull away from the baking dish at the edges slightly when they're perfectly cooked.
