Vanilla Honey Yogurt Smoothie


This smoothie is full of fibre and is naturally low in fat and processed sugar - perfect for a breakfast boost or a mid-morning snack...

Ingredients:

100ml semi skimmed milk
150g low fat natural yoghurt
25g bran flakes
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp honey

Method:

Place all the ingredients in a liquidiser or food processor and blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and drizzle over some extra honey to serve.

Top Tip:

For a smoother texture, soak the bran flakes in the milk for 5-10 minutes in advance.
