TV drinks expert and newspaper columnist Olly Smith knows a thing or two about wines, spirits and cocktails.
He took his expertise to this year's Ideal Home Show at London's Earls Court and we we're impressed with his simple, but effective cocktail recipes.
If you didn't manage to make it to the event (we recommend keeping your eyes peeled online for next year's outing!) we tracked Olly down to find out about his signature no-alcohol Champagne recipe that he recently made for The Hairy Bikers, Si and Dave.
If it went down well with those two, it will definitely go down well with us...
1 measure of lime cordial
1 measure elderflower cordial
3 drops orange blossom water
250 ml ice cold soda water
This couldn't be simpler to make. Just combine all of the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker. Do your best TGI Friday's barman impression and serve over ice in a large jug. People can then just help themselves by pouring into champagne flutes.
We promise it's so tasty, you'll be alternating between this and the naughty stuff.
