Created for the Bond premiere at the Royal Albert Hall last week, the Skyfall cocktail is a new take on the Vesper martini.
Created by Erik Lorincz, Global World Class Bartender of the Year in 2010 (pictured), for the event, the cocktail is now available at The Savoy in London for a limited time.
But if you don't have time to don your tux and make it to the capital for a bevvy, have a bash at making it in your living room instead! Still so totally Bond.
25ml Ketel One Vodka
25ml Tanqueray No. Ten gin
15ml Cocchi Americano
10ml Plum Wine
15ml Lemon Juice
10ml Yuzu Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
Shake all the ingredients and strain into deep champagne coupette.
Place a lump of ice into the drink and serve.
Whatever you do - don't stir it.
