Dukan Diet Christmas plum pudding recipe
- 6 ripe plums, stoned and chopped
- 25g goji berries
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sweetener
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground mixed spice
- 50 g oat bran
- 150 g fat free natural yoghurt
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) Gas Mark 6.
Place the plums, goji berries, water and sweetener in a small pan and simmer for 10-12 minutes, until very soft.
Stir in the spices and oat bran and spoon into 4 ramekin dishes.
Bake for 15 minutes. Leave to stand for 2-3 minutes then turn out onto a plate and serve with a dollop of natural yoghurt sprinkled with ground nutmeg.
