This tasty plum pudding recipe from the Dukan Diet weight loss experts makes a great alternative to mince pies and Christmas pudding.

Dukan Diet Christmas plum pudding recipe


Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 ripe plums, stoned and chopped
  • 25g goji berries
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp sweetener
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground mixed spice
  • 50 g oat bran
  • 150 g fat free natural yoghurt
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) Gas Mark 6.

Place the plums, goji berries, water and sweetener in a small pan and simmer for 10-12 minutes, until very soft.

Stir in the spices and oat bran and spoon into 4 ramekin dishes.

Bake for 15 minutes. Leave to stand for 2-3 minutes then turn out onto a plate and serve with a dollop of natural yoghurt sprinkled with ground nutmeg.
