If your jaw has already dropped to the floor (and asked the question 'how? But seriously'), Brown made matters worse by bragging that this wasn't abuse, instead it was a great thing as all those extra years of sexual exploits are responsible for making him a good lover now.
Speaking to the Guardian, Brown explained, 'By that point, we were already kind of like hot to trot, you know what I'm saying? Like, girls, we weren't afraid to talk to them; I wasn't afraid. So, at eight, being able to do it, it kind of preps you for the long run, so you can be a beast at it. You can be the best at it.'
Everything about this makes us shudder.
However Brown thinks his owes his success with the ladies to this, continuing, 'But you know how Prince had a lot of girls back in the day? Prince was, like, the guy. I'm just that, today. But most women won't have any complaints if they've been with me. They can't really complain. It's all good.'
Brown not only comes off terribly in the interview (and just when we thought we couldn't dislike him anymore. Thanks for proving us wrong Chris) but he seems nonplussed by the whole thing, simply stating that growing up the sticks, this is what you expect to happen. Really?
Some folks on Twitter are clearly as appalled by the abuse side of this as we are. But worringly, not as many as you would think.
It begs the question - if this was a female celeb revealing she had slept with a 14 year old boy at eight years old - would there be more of an outcry?
Here's what some people thought on the matter - why not let us know what's on your mind in the comments box...
