Cheryl Cole might have washboard abs, toned thighs and the very opposite of bingo wings, but that doesn't stop her from tucking in to cakes, doughnuts and sweet treats every now and then.
In an interview with FeelUnique.com, the Girls Aloud singer admitted, "I'm not eating McDonald's or pizza every day but I do allow myself one cheat day a week, normally on a Sunday. I have a really sweet tooth and love cupcakes, doughnuts. Basically anything that's really bad for you."
30-year-old Cheryl added , "I don't follow any strict diets, I just eat sensibly."
That's very good advice Chezza but there's gotta' be more going on behind the scenes. No one can look that good in a pencil skirt without hitting the gym!
Luckily, Cheryl's completely upfront about her gruelling exercise regime and admits to loving the Tracy Anderson Method workout DVD- a plan created by Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow's famously hardcore trainer.
Tracy is so intense she even criticised Gwynnie for having long butt and thigh problems. Ouch!
At least Cheryl's being honest about her lifestyle, right?
