While sunning herself in luxurious surroundings in Turkey, Kelly Brook decided to give a seven day juice cleanse a try. And, like any good cleanse, Kelly started with a three day liver flush to clear her body of toxins.

Cayenne pepper and lemon juice are thought to stimulate the liver and encourage it to work that little bit harder to clear away the remnants of alcohol and junk food.
