Fearne Cotton has been busy in the kitchen making homemade granola from the Honestly Healthy cookbook loved by Victoria Beckham, Gwyneth Paltrow and Kelly Brook.

Fearne Tweeted the snap of her tasty breakfast with the caption...




If you want to give this recipe a try you'll need 50g dried dates, 100g jumbo rolled oats, 2tbsp honey, 85g mixed raw cashews and pecans, 15g raw pumpkin seeds and 3 tbsp of olive oil.

To get started pre-heat your oven to 160 degrees, simmer the dates in 1cm water until soft and then blend until smooth. Stir in the remaining ingredients and mix. Spread the mixture on a baking tray and cook for 15 minutes until golden.

Then reduce the oven temperature to 110 degrees and bake for 30 minutes until the mixture is dry and crisp. Leave it to cool and store in an air tight container.
