Go for a floral meal at The Dorchester
To honour the Chelsea Flower Show, Three Michelin Starred Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester has taken inspiration from horticultural displays and created a lunch hour menu called the Lunch Flower (see what he did there? Nice.)
The three course set lunch (pictured above) uses seasonal ingredients and the menu includes vegetable tart in bloom with a fresh herb condiment, Hereford snails with soft-boiled quail eggs and seared brill served with a 'spring garden'.
Stunning desserts include the Orange Blossom Panna Cotta Coupe and a Rose and Raspberry Pleasure. All served in under an hour for those in a rush to get back to the show.

Do flower arranging over a Michelin Starred lunch
To celebrate the flower show, Michelin Starred chef Tom Aikens has teamed with renowned and completely fabulous London florist, Wild at Heart, to offer hands on floristry classes and a flower themed lunch at his restaurant.
Throughout May, green fingered culinary enthusiasts can learn how to create their own bouquet or table centrepiece followed by a set lunch incorporating edible flowers.
The two hour masterclass is held in the private dining room at Tom Aikens Restaurant, Chelsea, followed by three courses inspired by an English country garden, including a desert of rose poached strawberries, aerated sorbet and mint syrup. Yum.

Try a flowery cocktail with a view
Sample The Spring Brew limited edition cocktail at swanky bar, aqua spirit. The bourbon-based barrel-aged cocktail blends sweet Cicely and Geranium infused Moscato with homemade Rosehip and Hibiscus tea syrup, lavender bitters, all shaken with Bergamot juice.
Situated in the heart of the West End off Regent Street, you can also sip it down on one of the bar's three outdoor roof terraces which offer unique views of the London skyline. Marvellous.

London's legendary Brown's Hotel has put together a special flower show afternoon tea for civilised folk and cake lovers alike.
Featuring warm scones with rose and strawberry jam, violet macaroons, carrot and jasmine cakes, raspberry and white chocolate mousses, rosewater éclairs and Pimms jellies along with a selection of freshly prepared sandwiches.
