Break-ups are horrible. You can't eat (or you eat too much), you can't sleep and social media seems to be taunting you with all those cyber stalking opportunities.
But if your ex seems to have moved on and you just can't get passed it, don't beat yourself up. Everyone heals at their own pace but it may be time to take some proactive steps to getting yourself back on the happy train.
From hitting the gym, putting yourself in phone prison to taking off those rose tinted glasses – there are plenty of things you can do to help you take the next step to moving on from your ex. Hopefully to much better, taller, and hunkier things…
