After a rough couple of weeks on the boyfriend front (tut tut Zayn Malik), Perrie Edwards has put her health first by mixing herself a little juice (see what we did there? Little Mix? Mixes a little? Oh never mind…)

Currently on tour in the UK, Perrie obviously was in need of a spot of goodness after boyfriend Zayn Malik reportedly did the nasty and cheated on her with a waitress.
Being run-down or stressed weakens your immune system so luckily for Perrie, this tasty drink is packed with goodies to keep her healthy.
The carrots are full of beta carotene, which gives the body Vitamin A, B, E and lots of lovely minerals.
Ginger is believed to have healing properties and is said to be antiviral and antibacterial – so tops for keeping illness at bay.
The apples and pears not only add lots of lovely flavour, but have antioxidants and vitamin C aplenty.
