The Interlock Position
Start by getting in to the missionary position. Next make him sit up and bring both his legs towards his chest one at a time, so his feet at flat on the bed.
With his knees bent he should lean back and support himself on his hands.
This is where you do all the work ladies! Sit up and support your body weight on your hands by his knees. Put your ankles on his shoulders and lift your hips as high as possible.
