According to a survey by supermarket chain Morrisons, 45% of us will chow down on not one, not two, but three Christmas lunches over the course of December.

That's three portions of turkey, three helpings of veggies and (probably) more than three helpings of Christmas pudding with ice-cream.

We know it's tempting to ditch the healthy lifestyle over Christmas (too much booze, late nights and parties are guaranteed to mess with your system) but come on ladies!

Let's stick to one big blow out on Christmas day and spend the rest of the festive season eating in moderation.
