Millie Mackintosh's Instagram account has become one of our go-to sources for healthy food porn.

Case in point, this spinach, chorizo and tomato omelette made using just egg whites. It just screams HEALTH.

Okay, so this one might not be so low in the calorie department, but we still reckon Millie is the queen of morning meals.
