Cooking with rosemary: Starters and desserts
For an easy starter, insert rosemary sprigs, little slithers of fresh garlic cloves and chilli into small slits in a whole Camembert. Bake on medium power in a microwave for 3-4 minutes then serve with toast and crudités.
Add 1 tbsp chopped rosemary to 500ml milk and warm it gently until almost boiling. Cover and allow to cool then, strain and use for custards andbread and butter pudding
