BAD: Sugary cereals
Loaded with carbs and sugar, sweet cereals are not a healthy person's friend. The high sugar content will cause your blood sugar levels to spike, and then crash and they will not help that diet. But it can be difficult to tell which cereals are good and bad. Obviously anything that has a cartoon character on the front, or refers to honey or chocolate should always flash warning signs. But often those we think of as healthy, are not. Always read the nutritional information to see the sugar and carb content before pouring a bowl.
