Easy ways with sage: Stuffing
A classic but all time favourite is sage and onion stuffing. Add plenty of fresh lemon zest and use brioche crumbs instead of bread to give a lovely light stuffing.
If you're a fan on Italian food try a Saltimboca - a classic Italian dish with chicken or rabbit cooked with thin slices of Parma ham, fresh sage and served with creamy polenta. Divine.
