Go to the supermarket
with a carefully thought out list of what you'll need for the week, don't just nip to the local shop for a few bits and bobs every other evening. A well maintained diet needs preparation. Divide snacks into smaller portions in sandwich bags (portion control) and chop up your fruit and veggies to speed things up when you get home from work (wrap them up in a damp paper towel and store in an air-tight container).
