To celebrate the release of An Education we’re offering you the chance to see it first and for free on October 25th – ahead of it it’s official release on October 30th!An Education is set in early 1960s Britain – on the cusp of the straight-laced, post-war period and the free-spirited decade to come – and tells the story of a teenage girl’s coming of age. Jenny (Carey Mulligan) is a bright schoolgirl torn between studying for a place at Oxford and the exciting alternative offered to her by David (Peter Sarsgaard), a charismatic older man. Their romance begins well enough, but when Jenny learns the truth about their relationship, everything changes for her…

Directed by award-winning Danish filmmaker Lone Scherfig (Italian For Beginners, Wilbur Wants To Kill Himself) and from a screenplay by Nick Hornby (About A Boy), An Education is adapted from a memoir by journalist Lynn Barber and stars Carey Mulligan, Peter Sarsgaard, Dominic Cooper, Rosamund Pike and Emma Thompson. An Education is released in cinemas on 30 October.
