What’s it about? Glastonbury doesn’t really need much explaining as it’s the major event of the UK’s live music calendar, and it’s so popular it’s already sold out. This year’s festival looks set to be phenomenal with a stomping line-up and festival goings-on.

Who's playing? This year’s full line up won’t be announced until a month before the festival, but Glastonbury have very nicely confirmed that Lily Allen, Fleet Foxes, Neil Young, Bruce Springsteen, Doves, Franz Ferdinand, The Ting Tings and Florence And The Machine are among the many names that will be playing 2009.

Who to expect to see? Anyone who’s anyone is usually spotted at Glastonbury festival, but in past years these are the faces that stood out in the crowd, Beyoncé, Kate Moss, Agyness Deyn, Daisy Lowe, Alexa Chung, Gywneth Paltrow, Keira Knightley, Lily Cole, Peaches Geldof, Pixie Geldof and Sienna Miller.
