Cocktail how-to: Silver Angel
Expert mixologists the Soulshakers give you an exclusive step-by-step video guide to making your own cool cocktails at home.
Silver Angel
Glass: martini
Ice: none
25ml vodka
20ml apple juice
12ml passion fruit syrup
8ml crème de pêche
Top with champagne
Shake and strain the first four ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled martini glass and top with champagne
Garnish with a star-shaped lemon twist
