The road to recovery may not be so rocky if you damage control the party. The fitness experts at Ellis Stockwell personal training share their healthy tips. "Swap beer and wine for calorie-saving spirits like vodka or gin and stay away from creamy liquors like Baileys or milky cocktails. Avoid party bingeing by having a light snack beforehand. And if you can't resist the cheeseboard, pick goat's cheese instead of cheddar."
