Have you set yourself the goal slimming down but don't know where to start? These two workshops are designed to give you all the information and inspiration you need for weight loss success.

About the workshops
Workshops will include:
- Nutrition advice from top nutritionist and author Fiona Wilcock.
- Beginners' exercises from health and fitness expert Dean Hodgkin of Energie Fitness Clubs. Dean will be on hand to talk you through fun but super-effective ways for beginners to get fit.
- BMI and body fat measurements are available, plus meet women who've successfully used a new weight loss aid to help them transform their figures.
The 11am workshop will include:
- A recipe demonstration of how to rustle up healthy and tasty reduced calorie, lower-fat recipes at home.
- Lunchtime samples of these delicious recipes.
The 6pm workshop will also feature:
- Style tips from a fashion expert on the best way to dress for your shape.
- A seminar on diet saboteurs by leading life coach Nina Grunfeld, founder of Life Clubs, entitled What's Holding Your Back?
- Cocktails and canapés: all mouth-watering, reduced-calorie and lower-fat
Goody bags
The £10 entrance fee also includes a fabulous goody bag worth over £40. If you are aged 18 or over, have a BMI of 28 or over and are determined to lose weight in the next six months, apply for your ticket by simply filling in our questionnaire.
