If you've ever seen Beyoncé perform on stage you'll notice that she's incredibly fit, performing song after song while simultaneously dancing to a strenuous routine, something that would leave most of us gasping for breath after five minutes. To help keep the pounds off and stay toned, Beyoncé works out six times a week, mixing long dancing sessions and weight training with more relaxing jogging. While Beyoncé enjoys a run or dance routine, it's not for everyone, so make sure you find a form of exercise that works for you, that way you're more likely to stick with it.
