Ever eaten when you're bored, stressed or depressed? Emotional eating is every dieter's biggest downfall so head any negative thoughts off at the door by taking up a hobby. When Beyoncé isn't performing or rehearsing she's an avid painter and she says it helps her to relax and express her feelings. So why not pick up a brush instead of a Galaxy or try meditation or yoga to help you relax and take your mind off food for long enough to allow any cravings to pass.
