Don't crash and burn

When Beyoncé starred in Dreamgirls as 16-year-old Deena she wanted to completely transform her body so the audience wouldn't see her as ‘Beyoncé' any more. She embarked on the maple syrup diet or Master Cleanse as it's also known as, and lost 20 pounds in a fortnight but claimed she felt like less of a woman without her curves. Crash diets are great if you need to shed weight quickly but the truth is, the weight won't stay off and you'll end up pigging out and regaining all of the weight you lost and then some. Do yourself a favour and stick with eating fresh, healthy food which satisfies you and stay away from the chocolate and fried food. It really is that simple.
