Restrict yourself of the foods you love and the chances are, you'll end up wanting, and eating them more than you would have if you weren't on a diet. Beyoncé deals with her food cravings by allowing herself one free day a week, when she can eat whatever she likes so give yourself a little slack and you won't lose momentum on your diet and end up throwing in the towel after a fortnight.
