We all know that the minute you start dieting, the urge to eat everything that is bad for you becomes even greater than ever, so here's a thought - don't diet. It might sound too good to be true but a new diet in town called The Harcombe Diet that helps followers lose weight and keep it off by allowing them unlimited amounts of fats and carbs. The only things banned are processed foods, sugary drinks and alcohol. The diet consists of three phases which each last five days resulting in significant weight loss and some people have been known to lose 14lb in five days. Sounds good to us!
