Breakfast

1oz Jarlsberg cheese

½ cup muesli

½ cup milk

½ cup strawberries

Coffee or tea

 

Top tip: Mireille always suggests starting the morning with a breakfast of yogurt (with fresh fruit) and a slice of toast. 

 

Lunch

 

Tomato and mozzarella salad

1 slice country bread

1 cup cherries

Noncaloric beverage

 

Dinner

 

Snapper with almonds (mireilleguiliano.com)

3oz asparagus with 1 teaspoon olive oil

½ cup potatoes

Mireille's Simple Tomato Salad (frenchwomendontgetfat.com)

1 cup mixed fruit salad

1 glass rose or red wine

 

Top tip: Mireille has many fish recipes that work nicely for dinner, and suggests fresh fruit or a sliver of high quality chocolate for dessert.
