Breakfast

Blueberry Baby Smoothie (mireilleguiliano.com)

1 slice multigrain bread, toasted and buttered

1oz slice boiled ham

Coffee or tea

 

Top tip: One of Mireille's best tips is that every single meal should be accompanied by a tall glass of water, especially at breakfast - this is the most important of all.  Remember that a French woman's week layout of meals will be filled with quality ingredients and variety, the key is to never get bored with our food choices.

 

Lunch

1 hard boiled egg

1 slice watermelon

Noncaloric beverage

 

Top tip: Try incorporating a refreshing summer soup into your diet as the water in soups keeps us hydrated in hot weather. 

 

Dinner

 

Grilled chicken with thyme

Eggplant tapenade (frenchwomendontgetfat.com)

1 ear of corn on the cob

Green salad

1 serving Grilled Peaches with Cinnamon and Rosemary (frenchwomendontgetfat.com)

1 glass white, rose, or red wine
