If you can't bear to be without that morning cuppa, by all means have one, but for the rest of the day try to sip some green tea, which helps rid your body of fluid and make you feel less bloated. If you can't stand the bitter taste, try a blend made with citrus (Twinings do a pleasant tasting brew), or better yet Clipper's Green Tea With Nettle, which helps promote cleansing in the body and the removal of toxins.
