1 minute meal eggs cocette recipe
- Crème fraîche
- Salt and pepper
- Toast to serve
Take your pot of crème fraîche and season with salt, pepper and a sprinkling of nutmeg.
Use individual ramekins or a serving dish if you're doing a sharing brunch, and put a layer of the crème fraîche in the bottom.
Snip over some chives.
Crack your eggs onto the top.
Dollop some of the remaining crème fraîche on top of the eggs.
Heat the oven to 180°C.
Pop your egg filled dishes in a oven proof dish or roasting tray and fill the dish with warm water until it comes halfway up your egg pots.
Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the eggs are to your liking. Snip some more chives over the top before serving.
Don't forget the buttered toast for dunking.
